We booked Jonnathan's place for an 8 night trip and it worked out great! Quiet and safe neighborhood, clean and private apartment. It is close to Little Havana so easy to walk to restaurants and the local grocery store. Jonnathan was quick to respond to any questions we had and always made us feel like making our stay fabulous was his top priority! Thank you Jonnathan!
My boyfriend and I recently stayed at Jonnathan’s place for 4 nights. We had trouble looking at places 1. It was in our price range. Check in was extremely easy and the instructions were very clear. He’s an excellent communicator and extremely friendly and knowledgeable about food recommendations. He recommended this Puerto Rican restaurant that was absolutely amazing!
loved my stay here!! This place is very pretty and clean! Everything we did was 15-20 minutes away from us. You can literally walk to little Havana / Calle ocho and there so many different restaurants, shopping stores. Definitely a good location if you plan on exploring and 10 minutes away from Miami airport. Will book again in the future. (: host is very friendly!
Me and my boyfriend stayed here for my birthday and all we have been talking about is going back to this space when we go back to Miami. It was perfect and cozy for the two of us, it was spotless, and overall made my birthday so memorable. We loved how close it was to Calle Ocho and how after spending a long day downtown we were able to have our little peaceful space to go back to. Jonnathan was so kind and very clear on instructions and very communicative. We will 100% be rebooking with him very soon. 🩵
This was a good place for us to stay for 5 days. The neighborhood felt safe and walkable. The place sits at the back of the driveway and is upstairs. The bed was comfy. Walk in closet to store our clothes and suitcases. The bathroom is nice and modern. Jonnathan was also super helpful with ideas of what to see during art week and sent us links that we used. He also had a few things delivered to the door that were needed.
Jonnathan is a fantastic host! He mad sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. He was incredibly accommodating and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I were comfortable and got the most out of our vacation. The apartment was incredibly clean and smelled amazing! The linens and bedding were comfortable and very clean (The bed frame was broken when we got there) this is no fault of Jonathan’s. Some people don’t respect other people belongings. When we notified him of this issue he went out of go way to have it replaced for us as quickly as possible.
We had a great time at Villa Verde. Jonathan is a brilliant host, he is very proactive and quick to respond. The house itself is fantastic, with three large bedrooms and an amazing downstairs lounge & kitchen, as well as an office room which is perfect if you are travelling for work. At night there is very little noise, even though you are less than 5 minutes walk to Little Havana's main bars/restaurants, so it is very convenient for entertainment nearby.
Jonnathan was a joy to work with. He was most patient with me and quick to respond to any questions I had. The property was gorgeous and modern. Crisp and clean white linens in every room. Kitchen was very modern and perfect for prepping meals.Jonnathan is a very gracious host. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again. The home was within walking distance to clubs in Little Havana... even in my high heels😊
This was my first time In Miami, If I ever get the chance to come back to this beautiful city, I'm gonna be looking for Jonnathan's place, ticks so many boxes, beautiful place, quiet neighborhood, very close to Miami's International Airport and 25 minutes away driving from downtown. Overall, great experience, highly recommended.
I want to start off by saying Jonnathan was the best host i’ve ever had on airbnb! From his response times to accommodations! He was so nice and welcoming! My four friends and I loved it .. we felt like it was our home! I’m a huge germaphobe when it comes to hotels, airbnb etc and was super surprised by the fact that the place was so clean! Thank you again Jonnathan for the amazing stay!
